Lehman Winery.  This summertime Chaîne event will welcome you with bubbles and canapés followed by an inspired four-course custom dinner with wine pairings. Our host winery will be treating us to Mt. Lehman white and dessert wines, while our Jim Connolly will be complementing these with refreshing “bubbles” and a fine French red from our Chaîne cellar. (Non-alcoholic wines will be available for drivers.)  This fresh and fabulous summer repast will showcase the culinary talents of Chef Francis Flores (Edmonton Convention Centre) and Chef Chloe Sy (Fairmont Pacific Rim). These two award-winning chefs will be representing Canada at the World Chefs Competition in Singapore this October.
