One year membership

Thanks for your interest in becoming a member of Spectrum Production! Membership dues need to be renewed annually. They reset at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year. In 2021, we will hold our AGM in October.5.3 Criteria for full membership of Spectrum5.3.1 Anyone appointed to the Board of Directors automatically becomes a full member of Spectrum .5.3.2 Each individual signed up for a regular term or summer camp programming (or their delegate as named on membership form) automatically becomes a full member of Spectrum .5.3.3 Each individual who pays an annual membership fee of $25 or more automatically becomes a full member of Spectrum Productions.5.5 Rights of members?5.5.1 A full member of Spectrum :a. is entitled to attend all annual meetings, general meetings and special meetings of Spectrum, andb. is entitled to vote on all matters of business at Spectrum meetings, andc. has other privileges and responsibilities described in these bylaws and in related policies adopted by the Board of Spectrum.
