There will be a box for cash donations. **Particularly in need of gifts for 8-18 years old. Every person who attends will be entered into a draw for a prize basket containing Oxygen Swag!! Let go of all that no longer serves us & return home to your nurtured self. These are all powerful healing practices in their own rights but when combined the effects can be magical! We will prime the body by utilizing the breath and very gentle movement to awaken the energy of the nadis’s/energetic channels. Once primed we will be open to receive the healing of sound, stillness and meditation. The healing vibrations of sound will envelop you for the duration of this session, supporting a shift in the brainwaves from alert & awake (Beta) to deep rest (Alpha and Theta). When this happens the nervous system is able to shift from sympathetic (fight/flight/freeze) to parasympathetic (rest/digest).
