In this session, Andrew Fleck Children’s Services (Ottawa) will be sharing their insights and reflections acquired over the past few years, facilitating intergenerational programming between children ages 0 – 4 and diverse older adult populations in a variety of settings. She has a diverse background that includes roles as a consultant, life skills coach, and college professor. Early Learning and Community Development) is the Intergenerational Program Coordinator with Andrew Fleck Children's Services.
