We are pleased to announce our second virtual yoga event, hosted by Lea Sutherland.&nbsp;&nbsp;Feeling the Sunday Blues? Join us for some slow and let go yoga movements. This gentle combo of active stretches combined with longer holds will target the lower back and hips for the ultimate stress release of the deeper tissues.
