Race Registration

MCRC's All 4 Her 5k is a family-friendly fundraiser that the whole community can participate. In this 5k, you choose your own adventure - You choose whether you run, walk, roll or stroll and you choose what time and where. On Saturday June 24th participate your way and participate virtually or join us in-person for She Can Walk! - a 5K group walk in the beautiful Milton community!   All funds raised through All 4 Her will go directly to supporting MCRC's <a href="http://mcrc.on.ca/shecan" target="_blank">She Can! programs</a>. She Can! programs are free, accessible programs that are girl centered and designed to empower and uplift girls in our community.  We are fundraising so that we can expand our She Can! programs and reach more girls in our community. In 2023, we want to increase the number of girls in our programs from 600 to 1000 and offer programs to support mental health and wellness.
