Ride For Respect - August 27th 2022 - Volunteer Registration
Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer for our First Annual Ride for Respect Poker Rally Fundraising Event in support of the Central Alberta Sexual Assault Support Centre; in partnership with UBAKA. The Central Alberta Sexual Assault Support Centre focuses on healing sexual trauma by providing a range of support services for individuals affected by sexual violence, including counseling, play therapy, police and court support, crisis support, and education. We have big ambitions to create an opportunity to be more accessible to remote victims in need of support with a brand-new Mobile Support Centre. We need your help to make this goal a reality for Red Deer and the surrounding rural communities in Central Alberta!
We’re seeking volunteers for the following areas:
- Event Set-Up Crew – 6:45 AM – 8:45 AM
- Show & Shine Attendants - 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM
- Poker Rally Registration – 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- Pancake Breakfast – 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- Poker Rally - Stop One - Spruce View - 11:30 AM - 12:15 PM
- Poker Rally - Stop Two - Sylvan Lake - 12:30 PM - 1:45 PM
- Poker Rally - Stop Three - Red Deer - 1:45 PM - 2:45 PM
- Kid’s Zone - Bouncy Houses Supervisors – 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM & 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM
