This class focuses on the internal, functional side of Kung Fu, exploring prana, chi, or vital energy to enhance your life.Focus: Core strength, balance, and releasing physical and mental tension.Method: Gentle partner work, alignment, and internal and external movement exercises.Goal: Re-establishing energetic harmony, reducing mental and physical stress, and increasing your ability to connect with your own energetic nature.Suitable for all levels, we invite you to explore a path to total well-being through mindful movement and relaxation.
