International Attendee Registration Fee

This registration fee is for international attendees participating in the event and covers event registration, delegate coordination, and access to approved event activities as outlined by the organizers. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Payment of this fee and event registration does not guarantee visa approval, entry into Canada, or admission by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). All attendees are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate travel documentation, visas, insurance, accommodation, transportation, and any other personal travel requirements unless otherwise specified in their official package.
