Your donation directly supports our youth, empowering them to build the confidence, leadership, and skills they need to succeed. Through our Thrive Youth Leadership Program, youth develop communication, leadership, networking, and mentorship skills while gaining access to workshops, transportation, meals, volunteer recognition, and career development opportunities. Through storytelling, mentorship, and guidance from leaders who reflect their lived experiences, youth are inspired to find their voice, build confidence, and realize their full potential. Every dollar helps create opportunities that empower youth to lead, contribute, and make a positive impact in their communities. Your generosity also helps us create an accessible, high-quality conference that connects our community with career, business, and leadership opportunities. Every dollar helps empower youth and strengthen our community.
