BMFA Annual General Meeting for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. We will be covering our year&#39;s highlights, &nbsp;Financial Report, &nbsp;Vote in Members of the Board and Vote on the Accountants for our 2025 / 2026 Fiscal Year. Our By-Laws state that for quorum to run the meeting, &nbsp;we need 15 members present at the meeting or in combination with Proxy Votes.
