🎉 Back by Popular Demand! &nbsp;The Canadian Mental Health Association Grey Bruce Mental Health and Addiction Services&nbsp;is excited to be offering a 2nd full day Empathic Strain workshop. &nbsp;Who is this workshop for? &nbsp;Anyone in a caregiving role either formally, or informally. &nbsp;2025 is showing itself to be full of lots of complex situations, demands and stressors. &nbsp;This workshop is appropriate for anyone looking for more tools, who are looking to spend a day surrounded by other caregiver peers and for those who are feeling the strain of their caregiving demands. &nbsp;🎉 This workshop is pay what you can. &nbsp; Over the course of the day, we will take a look at our different vulnerabilities (what are the different holes in our bucket), protective factors (what can help mitigate the size of those holes), and what are the different resources available to us. &nbsp; This workshop includes a workbook featuring training tools provided by the Tend Academy. &nbsp; You also deserve to be catered to so this workshop also includes coffee/tea, refreshments and a catered lunch.&nbsp; Your facilitators for the day will be Jackie Ralph, who has 20 years of experience in awareness and education and Jasmine O&#39;Hara, Community Educator, with over 15 years of experience in Child and Youth Care, Case Management and Harm Reduction training.&nbsp; We would love for you to join us!&nbsp;
