Pilot registration applies to any registrant attending as the pilot-in-command of a participating aircraft. Pilot registration requires aircraft and flight planning details. Only one pilot registration should be submitted per aircraft.

Co-pilot registration applies to any registrant attending as a co-pilot in a participating aircraft. Co-pilot registration must identify the pilot and aircraft with which the registrant will be travelling.

Passenger registration applies to any registrant attending as a passenger in a participating aircraft. Passenger registration must identify the pilot and aircraft with which the registrant will be travelling.

Non-flying participant registration applies to any registrant arriving by other than private aircraft, including local residents and persons arriving by scheduled flights or other modes of transportation.
