We're here to help. Shakespeare in the Ruff welcomes you to Introduction to Understanding Shakespeare led by members of Ruff's Collective Artistic Leadership, Kwaku Okyere and Christine Horne.  During this 6 week class Kwaku and Christine will share with you an actor's approach to understanding and untangling the language of Shakespeare's plays.  Using examples from the plays of Ruff's past and present, we'll explore the tools actors use to interpret and personalize these often daunting texts, bringing the plays to vivid life.  WHO:This class is for any theatre or language lover who has a desire to better understand Shakespeare. No acting experience (or desire to do so) is required. But an open mind and willingness to try will be an asset.  LOCATION:Each class will take place online on the Zoom Platform.
