In this virtual workshop, you will get to work with more freshly milled local whole grain flour, as well as see how we can use inclusions to make a variety of loaves and shapes. This workshop is for people who have either taken the first &ldquo;beginner&rdquo; workshop or are baking already and have been maintaining their own sourdough culture! She works with organic local grains wherever possible and is always grateful to the farmers who grow the grains and the organisms that help the dough rise. With a background as an engineer, educator, and busy parent, she weaves science and technique with the practicalities of life and the contemplation and restfulness that baking can bring.
