Join us for an empowering and rejuvenating event designed for pregnant and postpartum mothers —the Holistic Mama Experience. Delve into the realms of prenatal and postnatal fitness, nutrition, environmental sustainability, and holistic health coaching as we guide you on a journey to nurture your body and mind during this transformative phase of motherhood. Mindful movement, delicious smoothies, an environmental links to health info session, nutritional coaching and a community with like-minded mothers. Whether you're embarking on the adventure of motherhood for the first time or welcoming a new addition to your family, the Holistic Mama event is designed to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to embrace this new chapter with confidence, vitality, and awareness. We also understand the importance of inclusivity and family bonding. Lap babies are warmly welcomed to participate alongside their mothers, and children aged 3 and up will have the opportunity to engage in supervised activities led by volunteers.  Join us as we celebrate the holistic approach to motherhood, honouring the interconnectedness of body, mind, and environment on the beautiful journey of nurturing new life. Ticket purchases of $25 and above will automatically be entered into a wellness basket giveaway valued at over 300 dollars! We can't wait to see you! Proceeds will cover the cost of the event, and additional proceeds will be donated to the charitable and non-profit organization Women’s Healthy Environments Network, that works to better protect human and planetary health
