The workshop will take place in our Espace Fibromelle on Saturday morning, August 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. These 2 hours will be dedicated to connecting with the pelvis, the body and hormonal and pelvic health targeted in cases of uterine fibroids, we offer a dual program, both educational and experiential: First, teachings based on integrative and functional women's medicine, holistic and ayurvedic gynecology, and hormonal and pelvic yoga therapy will be offered in an interactive and participatory way. Then, to experience this yoga therapy and leave with concrete tools for taking care of yourself at home, we'll sequence hypopressive postures specifically adapted to support hypertonicity, nourish the pelvis, soothe pelvic discomfort and support hormonal balance.
