In the heart of the Central District, The Louvain Prairie is a flower field, a true unlikely oasis among the buildings. For one evening only, this exceptional place will turn into a temporary dining room to host the Solidarity Banquet. We will highlight the urban farms that border the neighborhood, all located within 3 km of the plates. A menu signed by a renowned chef Marc-André Royal, chef of the restaurant Le St-Urbain (Ahuntsic), a recommended restaurant in the <a href="https://guide.michelin.com/ca/fr/quebec/montreal_2433514/restaurant/le-st-urbain" target="_blank">2025 Michelin Guide</a>, has designed a 4-course menu entirely inspired by local harvests.
