LIVE ONLINE VIA ZOOM WORKSHOP
The Lidcombe Program is a behavioral intervention developed by Mark Onslow and his colleagues at the Australian Stuttering Research Centre, to treat stuttering in preschool aged children.
After training, speech-language pathologists will be prepared to teach parents to administer appropriate feedback about fluency and stuttering to their children in every-day speaking environments and to monitor treatment goals and progress. Studies have shown that this is an efficacious and effective evidence-based treatment for stuttering. The Lidcombe Program has been adjusted for school-age children and special populations.
