To celebrate a wonderful year so far and usher in a prospective future, we are going to be camping out in the fields and watching the Perseids meteor shower! Join us on Saturday from 11am-4pm to help Farmer Lily prep the field for next year's garlic. Afterwards, we will fire up the charcoal grills for a communal barbecue dinner followed by a campfire and wholesome night under the vast open sky. In the morning, we'll have breakfast and a lazy day. This event is PWYC with a suggestion of $5. This compensates costs for our communal meals and goes towards the prospective Eco-Just Food Network farming collective. Additional information:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Farm work day from 11am to 4pm (roughly); dress appropriately for farm work, and bring a change of clothes for the evening. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">We will have water for refilling so don't forget your bottle!</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Bring your own tent, sleeping bag, toiletries, and other camping essentials. If applicable, bring any prescription medication. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Charcoal BBQ dinner included. Please communicate any dietary restrictions. You are welcome to bring your own personal dinner as well as anything you wish to cook on the grill.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Bring your own dishware and utensils (a tupperware works great!).</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Safe and responsible consumption welcome.
