Join us on September 18th for an in-person site tour of&nbsp;the Ch&rsquo;ich&rsquo;iy&uacute;y Elxw&iacute;kn Affordable Leasehold Homeownership Project, a 140k ft2 development by the Aboriginal Land Trust in Vancouver. The project offers an opportunity to explore how meaningful consultation, collaboration, and architectural design can contribute to reconciliation in action. Guided by Indigenous protocols and shaped in collaboration with Knowledge Keepers and community partners, the project honours the histories and stories of the three Host Nations. Architect Abigail Tosto will share the story of the project and discuss how genuine Indigenous partnership has informed its development&mdash;from early engagement and visioning through design and construction. Participants will also learn about the roles of the Architect and Prime Consultant in bringing the project to life.
