Your registration includes guaranteed games, access to the full event, and food for players. All participants will also have the chance to learn more about Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto and how to get involved in mentorship.

Come watch the tournament, support the players, and enjoy music, light snacks, and a great community environment. You’ll also have the chance to learn more about Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto and how to get involved in mentorship. Please note: This ticket is for spectators only. You will not be participating in the tournament.

The Big Hoops Classic is a one-day basketball event bringing people from across Toronto together for a fun, social, and high-energy day at MLSE LaunchPad. Teams of 6 players will take part in a friendly tournament with guaranteed games, playoffs, and a cash prize for the winning team. The focus is on creating a great experience, whether you are coming to play, learn more about BBBST, or simply enjoy the atmosphere. Expect music, food for players, light snacks for attendees, and a space where people can connect and have a good time throughout the day. Beyond basketball, the event is about community. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto will be on site sharing how mentorship supports young people across the city. Through casual conversations and a short session for players during the day, attendees will have the chance to learn more about getting involved in a way that feels natural. The goal is not only to recruit mentors, but also to build a community of people who can advocate for BBBST and help spread the word. Whether you are playing, bringing friends, or just coming to watch, the Big Hoops Classic is all about good energy, good people, and building community through the game.
