Festival of Wreath Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in this years Festival of Wreaths. This is our 13th Annual Event. Over the year our organization's program numbers of youth served through mentoring has continued to increase. The dollars from these wreaths go directly back into Blackfalds and Lacombe Big Brothers Big Sisters programs. This year just like any the success of this fundraiser is vital to the continued impact we are able to provide.  Financial requirements: There is a $50 registration fee to offset the cost of the 36-inch wreaths. This can be paid by cheque, cash, or e-transfer. When decorating the wreaths, we ask that you add $200 of content to showcase your business and have fun with project.Wreath delivery: We will drop off wreaths at your business between November 6th and 9th. Finished wreath pick-up/drop-off: Deadline this year is November 17th.Dates of the wreath display: Wreaths will be hung up at the Lacombe Memoria Centre and the Abbey Centre from November 20th to December 15th. Charity Auction: The wreath auction will begin November 23rd and will close December 15th. Big Brothers Big Sisters values your support and recognize we are BIGGER together! For in-kind tax receipts we require the actual receipt copies, original receipts or a voided till receipt in order for our bookkeeper to issue the receipts properly.
