Information Regarding Ticket Purchasing

Region 16 is using the Zeffy platform for purchasing tickets because it is free to nonprofits and charges no transaction fees. It is Zeffy’s routine process to prompt customers to donate to them during payment checkout. This is a required part of the Zeffy payment system that we cannot remove, i.e. the donation request has not been put there by Region 16. To bypass the donation, click the drop down menu, select the "Other" option and then type in 0 in the “Contribution” field.
