Charlee will guide you through a very gentle accessible yin/restorative yoga class followed by a guided meditation (yoga nidra) to get you centered and ready for a big week of celebrating all that is pride on the Eastern Shore! We&#39;ll be using blocks and bolsters (pillows) and setting the mood with a galaxy star projector and led candles. Please bring a blanket if you would like for your savasana as well as your mat. If you have your own blocks and bolsters please feel invited to bring those as well as any items of comfort you feel called to.
