Due to the space limitation on Friday, vendors can do tables only on Saturday & Sunday If you're a past Machik Weekender, you know that we've been convening our flagship Tibetan ideas festival and annual global civic engagement event in either Washington DC or New York for the past 17 years.  But this year is special. For the first time ever, we are taking Machik Weekend to Canada!🇨🇦  We could not be more excited to be welcoming you to Toronto for the weekend of Friday October 25 to Sunday October 27th! And we are thrilled to be convening the Saturday Forum and Sunday Conversation Commons at the stunning Waterfront Campus of George Brown College. So please also invite your family and friends of all ages -- Tibetans and global citizens who care about Tibet -- and especially those who have never been to Machik Weekend. This year's program will take place from 25-27th October in Toronto at George Brown College-Waterfront Campus. Working with our passionate team of volunteers and supporters, we are pleased to bring you an array of speakers, panels, screenings, roundtables, gorshay, and more.  Lunch on Saturday and Sunday is on your own, however, as a service, we will offer an optional pre-ordered hot lunch with a beverage. This may save you time searching for lunch spots in the area and give you more time to connect with others at Machik Weekend.
