Come together in a space of stillness and appreciation as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred healing instruments gently guide you into a state of harmony, openness, and inner peace. This sound bath centers on the energy of gratitude — a sacred invitation to pause amidst the busyness of life, take a deep breath, and honour all that nourishes you. As sound waves ripple through the space, you’ll be invited to soften, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your heart. Through intention and deep resonance, this experience will help you to cultivate a deeper awareness of the abundance that surrounds you. You’ll leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and reconnected to a sense of gratitude — both for the simple blessings of life and for the shared humanity that binds us all. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any items that may help you to feel warm, cozy, and supported throughout the session. After the sound bath, enjoy light refreshments and meaningful connection with fellow participants. 📅 Date: Saturday, November 14th, 2026 ⏰ Time: 2:00 – 4:00 PM 📍 Location: Church of the Ascension, 253 Echo Drive, Downtown Ottawa 🅿 Parking: Limited parking is available at the back of the church building, with additional parking available next door at Immaculata High School or street parking nearby.
