His work focuses on contemporary portraiture, figure drawing and comparative anatomy, as well as New Brunswick landscapes and sequential art. Matt maintains his studio practice at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre, in addition to his work as an art instructor at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design. He regularly offers workshops on figure drawing, portraiture, and is currently working on his first comic book collection of short horror-fiction.
