He earned a PhD from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris (CNAM) in 2006, then worked as a postdoctoral researcher at McGill University (2007–2011). In 2012, he joined the Société des arts technologiques (SAT) as a researcher/developer, later serving as co-director of research from 2017 to 2023. Today, as co-founder of the Lab148 cooperative, his work has led to the presentation of dozens of collective digital experiences. Rooted in applied research, his projects have contributed to the development of open-source software and notable innovations, such as a telepresence network linking more than 20 venues in Quebec (Scènes ouvertes) and an immersive spherical loudspeaker prototype (Audiodice).
