Arrive early to check out the vendors` hall! Allow at least 20 minutes to park and complete the registration process, especially if you wish to attend the first conferences. 8:00 am: Doors open 8:45 a.m.: Word from the President of the Board 9:00 am: presentations begin Rules for latecomers : In order to respect other participants and speakers, we ask you to arrive on time. If a delay is unavoidable, please enter discreetly without disrupting the session in progress. Please note that some speakers may choose not to admit latecomers. Duration of conferences: The speakers will share their knowledge and answer your questions during a 75-minute presentation. &nbsp;At the end of this period, please leave the room to allow sufficient time to set up the next conference. If you wish to continue the discussion, join the speakers in the exhibitors&#39; hall. Children: The AQED convention is a family event where children are welcome! To keep them occupied, you will find couloring books and other material in each room. There will also be special kids activities planned throughout the day.
