What You&rsquo;ll Experience A featured session lead by Frauke (Anne) Stewart of Holding Space Halton will introduce a compassionate, community-based approach to supporting individuals and families experiencing grief or navigating life-limiting illness. As a private social service practice in Halton Region, Ontario, Holding Space Halton provides supportive counselling, end-of-life guidance, and emotional, practical, and educational support for those facing loss, serious illness, or the dying process. Rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space, the session will explore how people are supported to share concerns, process grief, and navigate difficult life transitions with dignity and care.
