We will explore action sequences on the floor, in standing, and while moving through space. Expect some gentle detours into improvisational prompts.&nbsp; Instructor BiographyJohanna Bundon is an independent artist whose practice includes dance and theatre performance, choreography, and teaching. She has been working in the field of movement arts for over 20 years.&nbsp; Johanna is a 2005 graduate of EDCM / LADMMI (Les Ateliers de Danse Moderne de Montr&eacute;al), a 2008 graduate of the Globe Theatre&rsquo;s Actor Conservatory, and holds a BA in Arts &amp; Culture from the University of Regina.&nbsp; As a choreographer, Johanna&rsquo;s work has been presented at festivals throughout Western Canada (Fluid Fest/ Springboard Performance, Magpie/Mile ZeroDance, MagNorth). She has also shared work throughout the 2013/14 Prairie Dance Circuit (Fluid Fest, Brian Webb Dance Company, New Dance Horizons, Winnipeg Contemporary Dancers); as part of the NAC&rsquo;s Prairie Scene; and throughout the country in ongoing experiments in live &amp; digital performance alongside Jayden Pfeifer &amp; Lee Henderson Johanna has been instructing Yoga and Somatic studies since 2006. She has recently been sharing her work in the Feldenkrais Method since graduating from San Diego 4 Feldenkrais Professional Training Program (2020). Johanna is an Authorized Trainee Awareness Through Movement&reg; teacher and Functional Integration&reg; &nbsp;practitioner. &nbsp; She loves movement and is enthusiastic about sharing her dynamic practice with other movement enthusiasts.
