She is a biomechanics nerd, an advocate for longevity and health in performing careers, and loves to help performers figure out how to make their incredible ideas work.&nbsp;She is an expert in strength, conditioning, and cross training for performing artists, and has a passion for bad ideas and creative exploration. She has guided countless performers and athletes to create sustainable, abundant relationships with their practice, helping them become the high performance, resilient and resourceful artists they&rsquo;ve always dreamed of.Sido is also a co-founder and director for Circollective Society for Circus Artists and is passionate about supporting artists across their career span. LocationWe are very grateful to Fitness Science for sponsoring this workshop. Fitness Science is located at 379 Terminal Avenue in Vancouver, there is paid street parking available, bikes are welcome and can be brought into the gym for security. The building is ramp accessible and is within walking distance of Main Street Skytrain Station. Fitness Science is a large, single level, well ventilated gym with washrooms/change rooms inside the gym.&nbsp;
