Cruise &amp; Coffee brings car lovers together on a drive through the Escarpment to help connect young adults with the same passion for these beautiful machines. 🏎 Note: Drive participation is limited and applications will be reviewed based on the overall quality and variety of vehicles to create a well-rounded showcase. Drive details will be shared via WhatsApp closer to the event date. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: LINK Community Participant Waiver, Release of Liability, and Media Consent Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk&nbsp; By participating in any programs, events, activities, or services organized or facilitated by LINK Community, I acknowledge that participation may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, accidents, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances.&nbsp; In consideration for being permitted to participate in LINK Community programs and activities, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless LINK Community, including its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, instructors, contractors, representatives, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses that may arise from or relate to my participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.&nbsp; This waiver applies to any claims made by me, my heirs, legal representatives, successors, or assigns relating to injury, illness, medical treatment, loss, or damage to my person or property arising from my involvement in LINK Community activities or my presence at LINK events or facilities.&nbsp; Media Release and Authorization&nbsp; I grant LINK Community permission to capture and use photographs, videos, recordings, or other media of myself and/or my child(ren) taken during LINK Community programs, events, or activities. Such materials may be used in various formats, including but not limited to websites, social media, newsletters, reports, promotional materials, advertisements, and other digital or print publications. I understand that these materials may be shared publicly and may be used in current or future media formats.&nbsp; Participant Conduct and Program Expectations&nbsp; I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and appropriate manner while participating in LINK Community programs and while present at any LINK Community-affiliated space or event. I agree to respect LINK Community staff, volunteers, instructors, participants, facilities, and community members. I understand that LINK Community reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or activity if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with LINK Community&rsquo;s values and expectations.&nbsp; By signing this waiver, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined above.
