General Admission

This Dance Movement Therapy Workshop will provide a general introduction to the approach, its goals, and the client populations it can be used with; together with a combination of short experiential work, with some examples from clinical practice. Facilitated by Julia Zaides, this workshop reflects our mission to offer accessible, trauma-informed care that supports healing and long-term well-being. No dance experience is needed—just comfortable clothing and an open mind. 🌱
