We recommend that you register early as space is limited. ✨ Visiting Monastics:&bull; Sr. Sắc Nghi&ecirc;m &mdash; Bhikshuni Ch&acirc;n Sắc Nghi&ecirc;m, also known as Sister Rupa, was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 1985. Her spiritual journey began with her novice ordination at the age of 20 at Bat Nha Monastery in the central highlands of Vietnam. She received the lamp transmission from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh in 2013.&bull; Sr. Trai Nghi&ecirc;m &mdash; Sister Ch&acirc;n Trai Nghi&ecirc;m (釈尼真齋嚴) was ordained by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh in 2009, received her full Bhikshuni ordinationn on May 24, 2014 and became a Plum Village Dharma Teacher in 2020.&bull; Br. Phạm Hạnh &mdash; Brother Troi Pham Hanh (Holy Life of Heaven), born Bart Johan Christiaan Bannink in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, 1981. His birth card read: &quot;So he may live as a priestly thinking human being.&quot; He comes from a line of ministers and teachers within the Apostolic Society. This tradition planted the first seeds, which, in the right conditions of Plum Village, grew, leading him to be ordained by Thich Nhat Hanh as a Buddhist monk in 2012.&bull; Br. Niệm Thuần &mdash; Brother Niệm Thuần was born and raised in Iximulew/Guatemala, in 1992. He has been a monk for 5 years in Plum Village France, and before that, worked in music and in customer service. He continues to make music, and dedicates his practice to being of service. She studied in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Anthropology.
