We invite you to spend a festive weekend with us (or a day or two) in our exciting new location at Fraser Lake — a gorgeous 273-acre lakefront property in Canadian Shield near Bancroft. The weekend will be filled with Balfolk music, dancing, workshops, jamming and bals late into the night.  We have some amazing programming for you this year featuring teachers and musicians from France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Canada. What is Balfolk? Balfolk (from the French, meaning folk ball) reflects a recent revival in traditional music and dancing from Western Europe, mostly featuring French tunes and dances. These include partner dances, group dances, and long chain dances. They are all fun and easy to learn. You don’t need a partner or prior experience. We’ll guide you through the simple steps!Location: Fraser Lake Camp is near the town of Bancroft. It is 3h10min from Toronto, 4h20min from Montreal, 2h20min from Ottawa.Accommodations:  No accommodation for day passes.Meals:  No meals included. As is tradition, we will have a Saturday night charcuterie board.Ticket Price:  $85/day Friday September 5th  (1 workshop &amp; 1 bal)$175/day Saturday September 6th (4 workshops &amp; 1 bal)$85/day Sunday September 7th ( 1 workshop &amp; 1 bal)$55 Evening bal $45 Sunday bal Your ticket does not include:- access to the kick- off concert in Toronto on Sep 3- accommodation- meals We are unable to provide refunds.
