Grief in the Workplace

This session will help you build skills to support clients and families through grief with compassion and care. At the same time, it will also focus on your own experiences of loss when a client passes away. You&rsquo;ll learn practical strategies for coping with workplace grief, strengthening emotional resilience, and preventing compassion fatigue. These tools can make your work more meaningful while also supporting your own well-being.
