Inspire by Fighting Monkey Practice with Alanna Kraaijeveld"Five Tuesdays in July" Tuesdays in July 10am to 11:30am July 2, 9, 23, 30 at Espace 215,  215 Jean Talon Ouest, 3rd floor**July 16 outside at École Ste-Cécile, 7230 avenue de Gaspé This is an open workshop.  All are welcome. Classes are conceived as an opportunity for recurring cross training in July.  They will support our overall coordination,  joint health, and stamina. Participants will practice FM-based work Joint Articulation Coordination Light plyometrics $100 for full workshop or $25 per day Registration required ACCESSIBILITYWorkshop is delivered in english and french Espace 215 is equipped with a wood floor.  The studio is located on the third floor, accessible by stairs. Sessions are comprised of : Joint Articulations – Standing, on place, focused on spiral movements – Continuous demonstration style that participants follow Coordinations - explore the quality of mobility of our joints through multi plane, multi joint coordination patterns that dance through space - Continuous demonstration style that participants follow Light Plyometrics- Plyometrics are defined as repeated, rapid, stretching and contracting of muscles to increase muscle power- a spectrum of movements, speed and intensity are proposed, all of which can be adapted by individual participants
