This workshop continues the work begun in module #1. Exploration of exercises related to the actor/performer&#39;s emotional and physical availability on stage. This training is inspired by Sandford Meisner&#39;s approach to develop connection with others, emotional availability, and amplitude. It is enhanced with a physical warm-up based on various somatic practices, some derived from But&ocirc; for its visualization strength and grounding in the body in the present moment. An approach to clown play (Richard Pochinko) will be explored to address heart openness and vulnerability. Performance art is included to discuss presence. This workshop is OPEN to all individuals who participated in Module #1 of the training offered in winter 2023, spring or fall 2025, as well as those with at least 15 hours of Meisner Repetition practice.
