Some possible topics might include things like Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Product Management, Project Management, Training Techniques, Facilitation, Ways of Working, Human Centred Design, Organizational Design, Change Management, or dozens of other topics. It totally depends on you. And as far as who comes - that&#39;s also up to you. There&#39;s no advertising or marketing, so it&#39;s only by word-of-mouth. That way, you can extend the invite to anyone you&#39;d like to spend the weekend with, and they can extend the invite, too. Welcome to an all-inclusive experience to learn, share, and reconnect with others. This event will use an extremely lightweight version of Open Space Technology. It&#39;s for folks to come together to share their own experiences and learn from others related to the work we do.
