The Saskatchewan Country Music Association

You must be a resident of Saskatchewan and be an active participant in the Saskatchewan Country Music Industry as a performer, musician, songwriter or in a business that supports the performance, production, distribution or marketing of Saskatchewan Country Music.

Participating Membership 1yr

You must be under 18, but you get all the same benefits as a participating member. You must also meet the eligibility criteria of a Participating Member.

Youth Participating Membership 1yr

You will receive SCMA emails and can take advantage of offers to members. You can vote for SCMA Awards.

Associate Membership 1yr

Open to organizations with an operating location in Saskatchewan that supports the performance, production, distribution or marketing of Saskatchewan Country Music. One representative of your organization can receive SCMA emails and take advantage of membership offers, and vote at SCMA General Meetings. Your organization is also eligible for applicable industry organization awards (e.g. Festival of the year, Radio Station of the Year).  To receive other membership benefits, a corporate members’ representative must also purchase an individual Participating membership.

Corporate Membership 1yr

Please provide accurate information when you fill out the membership application form.  Membership applications will be reviewed by the board to ensure the applicant meets the membership eligibility criteria. If a Membership application is rejected, you will be refunded. Corporate Membership: open to any corporation or registered company in the country music industry in Saskatchewan. The corporation will appoint only one representative who shall have the rights of the corporate membership. The corporate representative is not eligible to sit on the Board of Directors, perform at SCMA events, or be promoted on the SCMA Members page, but does retain all other benefits including: 1 vote at SCMA meetings, 1 vote on SCMA Awards ballots, and the corporation is eligible to be nominated for SCMA Awards (ex. Radio Station of the Year). The staff of the corporation must have an individual participating membership to be eligible for any individual SCMA nominations (ex. On Air Personality). Corporate members must principally operate and have a physical address in Saskatchewan (refer to the SCMA Bylaws for specifics).
