In addition to offering mentoring programs, we have Fundy Scoops that provides employment opportunities for local youth, including those involved in our mentorship programs. This social enterprise helps develop transferable skills these young people can take with them to other opportunities in the community and in their careers. New this fall was our Job Readiness Program. This exciting ten-part training program prepares youth for the expectations of the work force.
