By purchasing you agree to the following terms:

General Terms & Waiver:1) Authority to Register or Act as an Agent You represent and warrant to the Elkford Trails Alliance, its directors, volunteers and sponsors(referred to as the EVENT PARTIES) that you have full legal authority to complete this Event registration on behalf of yourself and/or any party you are registering (the "Registered Parties")

2) By registering for this event, you confirm that you are medically able and properly trained to participate. You acknowledge that the event may take place on public roads and facilities where hazards may exist, and that participation carries inherent risks, including injury or death. You agree to assume full responsibility for any medical expenses and waive all claims against the event organizers. You understand and accept these risks voluntarily and agree not to sue the event parties. You also agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any resulting damages.
3) Individual and Multiple Registrants. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that all registrants registered on your behave are aware of this agreement and that they accept it.

4) You accept that photos and video may occur at this event and grant the Event parties permission to use them without compensation

5) Privacy notice: I agree that my personal information collected through my participation in the Event will be processed by Event Parties for the purposes of operating the Event or in connection with the Event. I also acknowledge and agree that, after I complete my race, my results, along with my name, gender, age and state/place of residence may, at the discretion of the Event, be publicly shared.
