We hope it will be a sports group that is not only spiritually beneficial, but also helpful, positive, strengthening, uplifting and a means of love &amp; support for us sisters in our community as well, InshaaAllah.</div><div> Ages: 12+ (Sisters only). There will be an adult sister (18+) who will be present during the entire session. Frequency: We hope that the sports group will take place at least on a monthly basis. Ideally, it would be weekly or biweekly. Duration: The program will likely be 1-3 hours long. It could be in the morning, afternoon or evening. This will allow for adequate time to warm up, work out, play a game and just have a good time, InshaaAllah! Cost: Ideally free, but we may have a nominal cost or optional cost (for specific events or features). This is to allow for the program to have an optimum level of resources and for the program to run smoothly. Please note that if sisters have financial concerns, we will never close the door to anyone being a part of our program, InshaaAllah. Location(s): To Be Decided. The program will be indoors and outdoors, InshaaAllah.
