****FRIDAY JULY 7,  CLASS WILL RESUME BUT THERE WILL BE FIRE ALARM TESTING IN THE DANCE CENTRE DURING 10am-12pm. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE**** Class Description:This class will begin with a cardio, strengthening and stretching warm up based on pilates and Traditional Chinese Medicine, followed by some across the floor sequences to practice coordination, timing, and dynamics. She has also taught class in Mexico at The Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo.
