WIBCA is a volunteer-run, registered charity located in the West Island of Montreal that is dedicated to serving the youth, adults and seniors of the community by offering educational programming and support free of charge for its membership.
WIBCA’s mission is to empower the Black community to live a full and prosperous life through the development and delivery of high-impact programs and resources that are open to all, regardless of language, ethnic origin, color, gender, religion or race.
Becoming a Member
WIBCA's membership is open to all.
Membership enables you to:
- Support WIBCA's mission;
- Benefit from WIBCA's programming for free;
- Vote at the Annual General Meeting (and any other meetings where voting may occur);
- Be eligible for nominations to the Board.
