This field trip invites homeschooling families to learn about Nova Scotia&rsquo;s fishing heritage through real boats, exhibits and hands-on displays. ⚓️🐟 Students will be divided into age-appropriate groups for the following programs:Group A (ages 4-7): What&lsquo;s your Code (Morse Code activity), Ozone Zone (Sea Creature activity), How to catch a Cod or a Halibut (includes hands-on learning) Group B (ages 8-11):&nbsp;All about Lobsters, The 5 W&rsquo;s of Bluenose &amp; Bluenose II (includes Schooner race activity), Early Marine Communication-Then &amp; Now (Morse Code, Signal Flags, Storm Tower activity) Group C (ages 12-17): The 5 W&rsquo;s of Bluenose &amp; Bluenose II, Early Marine Communication-Then &amp; Now (Morse Code, Signal Flags, Storm Tower activity and Luna Ocean), Lobsters and the lobster Fishery (touches on sustainability &amp; whale safe gear) Full group activity: Model Schooner Launch and Share Circle. Also, bring snacks, lunch and drinks as we will have a break to enjoy together.&nbsp;
