1)To start your Online Modules 開始網上單元：

1.1) Sign up your portal on My Red Cross 登記你的My Red Cross帳戶：

We will in registering for the First Aid course on the Canadian Red Cross website using the email address you provided in this registration form, within 5 business days. After we complete the registration, you will receive an email from the Red Cross with details on how to set up your My Red Cross account. Please check your spam or junk mail in case it is filtered there.

⚠️ It is important to sign up for the My Red Cross (MYRC) account using the same email address used in this registration form.

I) If this is your first time signing up for a Canadian Red Cross course, you can register directly using the following link: My Red Cross Account Registration using the same email address used in the registration Jotform.

II) If you have previously joined any Canadian Red Cross course and registered your Red Cross account with the same email address that you used in the registration Jotform, simply sign in at My Red Cross Account Sign-in.

1.2) Complete your self-paced Online Modules 完成網上單元：

After logging into your Red Cross account, you can access the online course through "My Profile" and then "My Online Courses". You should find your online training there and can start the training anytime. It takes about 8 hours to finish it. Please ensure completion of the online course before the scheduled physical class.

在登錄紅十字帳戶後，您可以透通過 "My Profile" 再到 "My Online Courses" 進行您的網上課程，此網上課程約需 8 小時完成。請確保在預定的實體課程之前完成網上課程。

* If you experience any login issues with your My Red Cross account or have trouble accessing the online modules, please contact the Canadian Red Cross at 1-877-356-3226 for prompt assistance. They should be able to provide you with the necessary support and guidance to resolve the issue.

2) Physical Class Information 實體課程資訊：

2.1) You are not required to bring or purchase any first aid kits or materials for the physical class, as all necessary materials will be provided during the course. 您無需為實體課程攜帶或購買任何急救包或材料，因為所有必要的材料將在課程期間提供。

2.2) Kindly bring your own lunch as the lunchtime schedule may vary depending on the progress of the class. There may not be sufficient time to order takeout from nearby establishments. Dining is available at the venue, but there is no microwave provided on-site. 請自備午餐，因為午餐時間安排可能會根據課程進度而有所變化，所以未必有足夠時間去附近的店面訂購外賣。可於場地用膳，但現場並沒有微波爐提供。

2.3) The instructor will evaluate your performance in skills assessment and closed book multiple-choice exam during the class to determine whether you have passed or failed the First Aid Course.

2.4) Please bring your own pencil or pen for the closed-book multiple-choice exam.

3) Certification 證書：

3.1) Upon passing the course, the certificates will be issued by the Canadian Red Cross (valid for 3 years) in electronic format.

3.2) You should receive an email from the Red Cross with your certificate approximately 2 weeks after passing the exam. If you don't see the email, please check your junk or spam folder.

3.3) Alternatively, you can log in to your Red Cross account, go to "My Profile", and select "My Certifications" to access and download your certificate directly.

As indicated in the registration form, for which you have shown agreement, we want to remind you that after payment confirmation, no refunds or transfers are allowed for registrations, except in the case of CFSO class cancellations. There will be no makeup classes or refunds for any reason, including illness or personal matters.
