We are all so embedded in addressing the URGENT needs of people, food security, for example, that the well being of workers, tensions and conflicts are ignored which contributes to difficult environments.&nbsp; This one-day workshop seeks to support participants in identifying, naming, and understanding abusive and oppressive behaviours that show up in the nonprofit sector&mdash;and to begin imagining pathways of survival, interruption, and transformation.&nbsp; The venue for this training is wheelchair accessible.
